Statesman house: (Grade B +) Most talked about office tower in Connaught place because of its location, iconic architecture and the way it has been maintained over the years.  Statesman house is the first building to you right  on Barakhamba road while approaching Barakhamba road from Connaught place outer circle.

New Delhi house: (Grade C). Not one of the buildings that Connaught place is proud of anymore, however still a great bet  for anyone looking for a land mark destination point for their office address with not so deep pockets.

Building is sandwiched between two grade buildings statesman house and Birla Tower on Barakhamba road.  New Delhi House was developed by New Delhi hotels ltd in the early 1970’s as an A grade commercial office space tower however over the years, the building hasn’t been kept in all that good condition and looks pretty much like an eye sore. Building could be in good shape after a complete over haul. Non centrally AC building with 12 floors, doesn’t have a full power back up either, reserved parking and security is available. Most occupants are budget conscious companies that are looking for a Connaught place/Barakhamba road address.

On a positive note, building comes with almost 100% efficiency and has an average unit size of 1000 sq ft. Each floor plate is around 15000 sq ft. Birla tower was developed by Birlas in collaboration with Sood developers in late 80’s and has been very well maintained every since. It is the third building to your right while approaching Barakhmaba road from CP circle. Its ground floor is housed by Vijaya bank, a popular bank from South India.
